Information collected automatically. When you submit a form or a comment, we record your IP address to help protect our website from spam and abuse. Like most websites, the servers of our hosting provider also process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site securely.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on our website.

We use the information you provide to reply to your messages, to pray for and follow up on prayer requests, to show the comments you choose to post, and to keep our website safe. Messages and prayer requests are kept in our website’s secure staff area and sent to the church’s email so our team can respond.

Prayer Requests

Prayer requests you mark as private are kept confidential and shared only with those directly involved in our prayer ministry. Other prayer requests may be shared with our church prayer team. We never publish prayer requests on our website.

Comments

If you comment on a post, your name and comment are shown publicly once approved. Your email address is never published. First-time comments are reviewed before they appear, and we may remove comments that are inappropriate.

• PayPal: when online giving is available, gifts are processed by PayPal under its own terms. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Hostinger: our website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes technical data to keep the site running and secure.
• Google Maps: our “Get directions” link opens Google Maps.

We keep messages and prayer requests only as long as needed for ministry purposes, and our staff can delete them at any time. Short-lived security records, such as failed sign-in attempts, are cleared automatically. Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is limited to authorized church staff. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted, including any comment you posted. To do so, please contact us using the details below.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
